SWATCHES & REVIEW: NEW Nyx HD Blushes

5 of the 24 Nyx HD Blush Shades

It's no secret, Nyx has been a roll with amazing new beauty goodies for Spring 2015. I've already reviewed the Intense Butter Gloss and High Voltage lipsticks, so today let's dish about Nyx's HD Blushes.

Here's how Nyx describes the High Definition Blushes:

A high definition, lightweight blush that blends evenly. This vibrant and silky blush delivers a beautiful flush of color and is paraben free.

Available in 24 shades, the colors in this collection range from warm bronzey tones to fun, bright pinks and retails for $6.50.

Here are swatches of the 5 shades I grabbed at my local Ulta.

Swatches from left to right: Crimson, Double Dare, Electro, Intuition, & Summer

These blushes swatched beautifully. The pigment on them is insane, especially for the price. They are a bit powdery, but the color payoff truly makes up for it. You only need the tiniest bit on your brush to achieve a nice flushed look to your cheeks.

My only complaint about these blushes are that they are extremely fragile and can break easily. You have to be gentle in the way you handle them because they will shatter if they are accidentally dropped.

Nyx.com carries the entire line; while on Ulta.com you'll only find half the shades available for purchase.

Have you tried any of the new Nyx products? Feel free to share!!

XOXO,
Raquel
